Gesture Recognition Module

The Gesture Recognition Module is a mobile app released for both iOS and Android platforms. The app recognizes and tracks the flat foot specific exercises by on processing the live stream of the camera.

There are two operation modes: standalone and integrated. Standalone mode enables the user to setup and run a therapy session. In integrated mode, the app connects to a therapy app via BLE and sends a status message periodically. The status message is a number, nothing else.

To work properly, the app needs access to the camera of the device and to the Bluetooth. The user has to enable both on the device. However, the app DOES NOT collect, store or send any image or other data, except the ID of the exercise. The camera is accessed by the app ONLY when the user starts the calibration or the therapy session.
